Jeff Gardner was responsible for Utah’s OSHA Headquarters, the first LEED Silver-certified project in Utah, and has been a leader in sustainable design at Architectural Nexus since the firm’s inception. A strategic thinker, Jeff has shown outstanding ability to deal with complex challenges both small and large that are encountered in keeping the project on schedule and within the budget. He is equally skilled at programming/pre-design, providing quantitative and qualitative descriptions of all functions and space needs, and at construction administration, effectively working with the contractor to resolve all construction issues.
